At this time, store.jfk.org ships domestic orders only.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If any unusual delay occurs in the order fulfillment process, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling rates are calculated according to the total of your items purchased. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout as follows:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email when your order ships that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Both are required when filing a claim.
