Returns or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for exchange or credit card refund within two weeks of delivery. Please contact our customer service representative at 214.389.3037 with any questions about returning or exchanging merchandise. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned items unless items were damaged or imperfect upon receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender. Please note that History In A Box and its contents, special order items, and merchandise marked as sale items, are non-refundable. To make a return:
Refunds
When we receive your returned item, we will notify you. If your return meets the above conditions, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The timing of when you will receive your credit depends on your credit card issuer’s policies. Please refer to your card issuer’s credit policy.
Damages
The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Both are required when filing a claim.
