Although best known as the U.S. Secret Service agent who jumped on the back of the presidential limousine in Dealey Plaza during the Kennedy assassination, Clint Hill’s extraordinary career with the Secret Service spanned some seventeen years, from 1958 to 1975. In “Five Presidents,” Hill details his unique experiences during the Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon and Ford administrations. Longtime friends of The Sixth Floor Museum, Hill and his co-author, Lisa McCubbin Hill, have both recorded oral histories and participated in several Museum programs. A 2016 public program about “Five Presidents” may be viewed here on the Museum’s YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMBeC-wrhxc
